The Democrats refuse to obey the law.
We all have seen the Democrats are refusing to obey the law. But they expect us to obey the law. It is now time for all Americans who still want freedom and Constitution to stand up and fight this corrupt government. We need to stop them from destroying America. I don't condone violence but I do condone sit ins. The Democrats in power now were the terrorist in the 60's they were the ones that blew up post offices and Police cars and government buildings. Then got away with it. Now they are in Congress trying to use the law to destroy America. What would be a reasonable response? They hate Americans that protest them. Yet There is a clip that Hillary Clinton said it is the right of every American to stand up and fight when George Bush was in office. Now she wishes she never said that. Because she hates the fact that we the People are fighting them.

CNN Attacking Americans
All the Americans who still believe in the Constitution and the Rights it gives the Citizens of the United States. The Obama Propaganda machine is now attacking these people. CNN is calling the OathKeepers as "HATRIOTS".
I am proud to hold that title. Any time, any where, for the freedom this document allowed the corrupt to gain power. But it also gives us a way to remove these corrupt. The right to bare Arms is to fight against the corrupt who want to destroy America. Why are they dead set to remove guns, freedom of speech, and all your rights. They would like to burn the Constitution. Say it never existed. Because of the Constitution we have a right and a way to fight back.

When this election comes along they plan to have illegals on the health care. They plan to increase gas prices by 400%. They plan to fine you if you grow your own garden food. They plan to fine you for having a computer, phone, Internet, television, cable, or one of the dishes.
Obama has proven to be the biggest lier in office and forcing upon the American people tax after tax after tax. The American people cannot afford the taxes.
They are going after anyone who has hand guns. Rifles, If it shoots they are going to come after you. Steal you weapons so you can't fight against them.

America under Siege
Well, without a doubt America is now under siege from the Corrupted elected officials. Just look at the bogus health care law. There is no real health care in it. Its just a tax on the American people.
Hey if it was health care reform, Torte reform would be front and center of this law. Not a whisper.
Hey if it was health care reform. There would be special benefits for doctors and nurses. Not a one.
Hey if it was health care reform. There would be first day care of the uninsured. Nope not in there.
It is not health care reform. 16500 new jobs. IRS agents. To find ways to tax you. To tax you if you have health care. To tax you if you don't have health care. To tax you if you have other than government health care. To tax you if you buy soda. To tax you if you buy sugar foods, To tax you if you visit a tanning bed. To tax you out of your money.
There is no helpful benefits in this bill. Just taxes. If Obama gets his way we will no longer have a life. We will work and all money will go to the government and they will pay everyone the same amount.
This is to provide the freeloaders that the schools have been putting out for years a free home, health care, food, car, gas, while we have to pay extra for these freeloaders.
Why did Congress exempt themselves from this great health care for the common man they pass on behalf of All Americans. I guess its actually trash or the people voted in office are not Americans.

I just heard that some of the Democrats that voted for the enslavement of Americans to the Government under this so called health care are getting threats.

The story goes on to explain that lawyers who did something bad enough to be disbarred usually surrender licenses so disbarment is not on their records. They found out Obama lied on his bar exam. It took several years before the lie was found. The Clintons was for the lies about White Water and Mrs. Obama they are unsure of. Go to Canada Free Press and read it for yourself. A real eye opener.

Looks like the Death of America.
I see that it looks like the Death of America is just a vote away.
When America crashes next year because of the criminal policies set forth by this Congress in this bill, I want to see what the American people are going to do when Congress demands 2/3rds of your pay to fund this debacle they call a fantastic Health Care bill that still only funds the folks that have health care and the folks who don't still won't. Congress has made it know that they refuse to accept this health care that they want to force upon us.
The only difference is now you are forced to buy health insurance from the government and they will tell you what you can and can't have as far as health care goes. There is going to be an uprising against the government.
What will the government do if no one pays this black hole health care?
They say they will arrest and fine you?
Got enough prisons?
Got enough Police?
Got enough Military?
I would have to say I don't think so. The military is fighting for freedoms the Constitution offers us. This bill will basically make the Constitution null and void.

This has nothing to do with Obama and his office. It has to do with the American People. The founders of this nation set up a Constitution to protect this country from tyrants like the one in office. He should be impeached for crimes against the Constitution. Same with Congress.

Now is the time to call Washington DC and tell them how you feel. Remind these Senators and Congressmen that they work for us and not the Party. Obama cannot fire you, he may try to make your like hard in Washington. But you accepted this job and we expect you to fulfill your duties or resign from office. Be polite take names and most of all remember they work for you. You are the boss. No matter what they say.

Lies of the Progressives
The Democrat party wants to be known as Progressives. Lets talk about progressives.

Dictionary.com defines progressive as: a person who is progressive or who favors progress or reform, esp. in political matters.
Let's look at what the progressives want?
They want to take over health care. We want reform, they want takeover, we want to keep our freedoms and rights. They want to have a country without a Constitution.
If this health care takeover passes. You will become a SLAVE to the Government.
You will lose your freedoms. First will be the right to see a doctor, the right to have an elective surgery. Forced to buy government insurance.
These progressives are vilifying the insurance companies but will be worse than all insurance companies combined. They will force you to buy insurance, they will push price increases on you. then tell you what procedures you can have and lastly tell you, you are too expensive to cover and you have to die. Here is a pill.
All the progressives say this is a lie. But you look at all the policies the progressives have pushed upon the American people. It is a systematic destruction of America. The Destruction of the Constitution and the removal of your rights and freedoms and lastly the destruction of the States. You know that all the policies and laws that the Federal Government force upon us and the states require that the states continue to fund these laws and policies.
The Congress says we will save 138 Billion dollars in 10 years. While they spend 210 Billion every 3 months. So our savings will be so small you would have a hard time seeing them under an electron microscope.
So do you want to be a Slave to the Government or do you want to be able to go where you want to go, do what you want to do. Hey that sounds like words from a song.
Mark my words. First Health Care, next allowing illegals citizenship and then lastly the destruction of the Constitution. These Senators and Congressmen work for the American People not the President. So who cares what he wants or thinks? What he won't offer you a ride in Air Force One? He has nothing to offer you. The citizens from your state do! So who is worth listening to?
How many people vanished from the face of the Earth. How many were killed by the Government, How long will it be until the same things happen here?
If Obama care passes, the states are going to protest it and the American people are going to protest it. Law suites are going to come out of the wood work. Domestic Terrorists
I was listening to a conservative talk radio personality last night and there was a guest on the show. This guest has a story on the Wall Street Journal.

This story is a real eye opener of who the real domestic terrorists are in America.
You won't have to read the whole story to find out I will tell you right away.

The short story is these domestic terrorists a.k.a. the lawyers are doing everything they can to destroy America and the American way of life. This Administration and Obama. The Idiots just don't get it.
I don't watch propaganda news anymore. So I was surprised that the Democrats and Leftist Liberals came up with the clever National Coffee Party, to protest the Tea Party.
So is the Coffee Party in favor of higher taxes, less freedoms, no guns, dumb down further education system, piss poor health care?
They are for just opposite of the tea party. Let's look at the Tea Party. They used HISTORY to mirror what happened. For those of you who did not go to school or skipped class or just fell asleep,

But it was the Crown's attempt to tax tea that spurred the colonists to action and laid the groundwork for the American Revolution.
The colonists were not fooled by Parliament's ploy. When the East India Company sent shipments of tea to Philadelphia and New York the ships were not allowed to land. In Charleston the tea-laden ships were permitted to dock but their cargo was consigned to a warehouse where it remained for three years until it was sold by patriots in order to help finance the revolution.
In Boston, the arrival of three tea ships ignited a furious reaction. The crisis came to a head on December 16, 1773 when as many as 7,000 agitated locals milled about the wharf where the ships were docked. A mass meeting at the Old South Meeting House that morning resolved that the tea ships should leave the harbor without payment of any duty. A committee was selected to take this message to the Customs House to force release of the ships out of the harbor. The Collector of Customs refused to allow the ships to leave without payment of the duty. Stalemate. The committee reported back to the mass meeting and a howl erupted from the meeting hall. It was now early evening and a group of about 200 men, some disguised as Indians, assembled on a near-by hill. Whopping war chants, the crowd marched two-by-two to the wharf, descended upon the three ships and dumped their offending cargoes of tea into the harbor waters.
Most colonists applauded the action while the reaction in London was swift and vehement. In March 1774 Parliament passed the Intolerable Acts which among other measures closed the Port of Boston. The fuse that led directly to the explosion of American independence was lit.

IX. The Constitution applies to all, not just owners.
X. People and states get all power not delegated the the US Government.
XI. The judicial power is limited to suits by citizens of the United States against one another.
XII. The President is the person having the most electorate votes.
XIII. Slavery is eliminated.
XIV. People of any skin color born in the US are citizens.
XV. Citizens of any skin color may vote in elections.
XVI. Congress can collect a Federal income tax if it so desires.
XVII. There are two Senators per state each serving for six years and having one vote apiece.

High Treason
When the truth comes out and it will that proves that Obama is not born in America. All current members of Congress, the Judges that verified his birth and the law firms that are currently hiding the information that proves he is not American born be held on high treason against the American people. With all the major players thrown in prison for life at hard labor without parole. For some of them it will be a short time others will suffer for years. Want to know the news in America?
Do you want to know the true news of what is happening in America?
Avoid the American news services. That includes print, radio and television.
The last couple of weeks I have found great stories about America and the American people not political. Not in the American news service but in papers outside the United States.
You know we have a lost cause news service when the only thing they talk about is how the GOP is stopping health care and praising the additional trillions of burden placed on the backs of the American people while the corrupt officials exclude themselves from these burdens.
These corrupt officials have caused the meltdown of America and are trying to blame anyone but the one they see in the mirror everyday.
But look behind the scenes and view these officials raping America for their own personal benefit. Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac should both be closed down. How much money has those companies funnel into pockets of corrupt officials?
We now have corrupt judges who are telling Congress where to spend money? What crap is that. That judge should be removed from the bench. Overstepping her bounds as a judge. Judges do not make law but follow the law, Congress makes the laws.
I say shut all funding to Acorn. I say any judge that goes against the law is barred from ever practicing law again.
Put all those lazy asses back into the work force and cut welfare for the able bodied.

Time to Clean House
I am in favor of cleaning house in Washington DC.
Throw them all out of office.
As Americans we have to take back our country.
For all of you who fell asleep in American History. These Senators and Congressmen who are ignoring us. They work for us. The Constitution states that the bill has to pass the House and Senate then problems worked out and passed again in the House and Senate then sent to the President to sign into law. They are ignoring this process. It is like we now live in a dictatorship. What ever the Dictator wants he gets. Puppet government. We have the right to remove them from office.
If you live in a state that is crumbling like California, Throw out the bleeding heart liberals that have systematically destroyed the State and are working on the Country.
It is not hard to see the problems Americans are having.
We have a government that is forcing Americans on welfare.
How you ask?
They have curbed the citizens from creating jobs.
Then pass a bill to give the unemployed almost 2 years of benefits.
They will not allow businesses to drill for oil keeping us dependent on foreign oil.
This is Obama that is keeping us dependent on foreign oil.
He calls the oil companies criminals but he is the real criminal. His policies are the framework for the systematic destruction of America. He is following the steps the liberals have used in State policies that have destroyed those states. Such as California.
Massachusetts has state run health care and it is a failure. Oregon's state run health care is a failure. This is the same framework for Obama care. Guess what will happen? It will also fail and then where will we be?
If we stop it now we can recover and if we continue we will implode into a civil war of the citizens against the government. Hopefully we will still have our guns to take back our country.
I don't think the Military will fight on the side of the Government. They took the oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Not the Presidents will to take over the country into a dictatorship. The police I think will also land on the side of the people except in the intercity. You can see that in the Pennsylvania fair tax marches where the police attacked the marchers because they could.
Obama wants his own personal Army just as strong as the Real Army and now you can see why. He wants his own SS units just like Hitler had.
He has already toiled with squealing on your neighbor/coworker who are against him and his policies. That back fired. His name was on the top of the list.
As Americans we have to stand up for our freedoms and rights. This Government is anti American and they show it everyday. You can see it in the way they are forcing laws upon the American people. Without reading bills and now they want to pass health care without voting.
They would like the Constitution to disappear. It is hard to get around the Constitution so now they make up clauses that allows them to pass bills without voting on them.
They have proven they can destroy State governments and now are working on the Federal Government and they are daring you to stop them.

Mad as Hell Follow up
Obama has proven to be a Wolf in sheep clothing. He lies to the American people daily trying to pass this country destroying health care takeover. If he truly wanted reform he would listen to the Republicans instead of stating lie after lie. He said that the Republicans had 10 years - but that was only the President. taking back our country
What would happen if every state sent a group of individuals to Congress and ousted the current seat holder in office for failure to listen to the people? They are allowed to collect personal pictures and other personal belongings. All other items in the Office are property of the people of the State in which they used to represent. They would lose all the perks that they have voted themselves. No more Golden Parachute. They get to collect Social Security and Medicare just like they force upon us. If they resist they wind up in prison as domestic terrorists. Soon to be transferred to Gitmo.
The new person would have a first hand view of power of the people.
What would happen?

Firing bad teachers
How?
One problem with firing all those bad teachers is we don't have enough qualified good teachers to replace them. One of the big problems in America is teachers and schools they have blackballed the ability to remove bad teachers - its called tenure.
There is no respect or discipline in schools. I think we need to have year long school. Uniforms, and homework, if the child does not get the subject taught, we keep them back and teach them until they do. Passing kids on because the parents want them too is not the answer.
If your child does not get the material they may need to retake the class not push them into the next grade where they will fall further behind. Learning is like a ladder. One step at a time. If you don't get the first step there is no way you will learn on step 2 or 3 or 4. You have to know the basics first.
Why are we graduating so many young adults that can't read, do math, or wirte a letter? Get back to the 3 "R"'s. Learn to read, write and do math first.
Without math you can't do a checkbook. If you can't read you won't know when the government is screwing you and if you can't write you can't complain to other people, the press or Congress as if any of them would care.
One problem with firing all those bad teachers is we don't have enough qualified good teachers to replace them. One of the big problems in America is teachers and schools they have blackballed the ability to remove bad teachers - its called tenure.
There is no respect or discipline in schools. I think we need to have year long school. Uniforms, and homework, if the child does not get the subject taught, we keep them back and teach them until they do. Passing kids on because the parents want them too is not the answer.
If your child does not get the material they may need to retake the class not push them into the next grade where they will fall further behind. Learning is like a ladder. One step at a time. If you don't get the first step there is no way you will learn on step 2 or 3 or 4. You have to know the basics first.
Why are we graduating so many young adults that can't read, do math, or wirte a letter? Get back to the 3 "R"'s. Learn to read, write and do math first.
Without math you can't do a checkbook. If you can't read you won't know when the government is screwing you and if you can't write you can't complain to other people, the press or Congress as if any of them would care.
Soda Tax
Everyone is talking about the 2 to 4 cent tax an oz. New York Gov. wanted the tax to raise millions. It fell out of favor now Obama wants to add it to Health Care.
So if you figure it out. At 2 cent an oz. That is 24 cents a can. That comes out at $1,44 a 6 pack, $2.88 for a 12 pack and $5.76 for a case. And if it is at 4 cents an ounce just double the numbers.
But that is not where I am going. I am going to companies like Coke and Pepsi. With a tax of $5.76 to $11.52 of tax per case. If you want to destroy a world company this will be a way to do it. The sales of soda in America will dry up and most likely the world will follow and the company will go under.
Why? Greed of a corrupt government. I like Dr. Pepper. My Mom does not. She thinks it tastes like medicine. But I think if you have stock in these companies the only thing you can do with it is sale it if this tax is passed or wind up using it as toilet paper cause that is all it will be worth after the government gets done with the taxes they want.
So the final word on this is how do you destroy a multi Billion dollar company? Tax it to the point it won't sell. The Government forgets that we don't have to buy the soda, and the taxes will not be collected. But they do manage to destroy a private company that has gone global.
San Francisco now has a surcharge on restaurants for Health Care. So you now eat out in San Francisco you pay extra to pay for Health Care. They did not say how much it was.

Great songs and movies.
I was watching a Time/Life "Pop Memories of the 60's" Some of the best music I grew up with. Loved it. Was watching youtube and some songs that were hits in the 60's that Hollywood turned into movies. This one case was Dominique - The Singing Nun (Soeur Sourire) and Hollywood made a movie with Debbie Reynolds starring as the singing nun. That I remember the movie was very good and the song was great. There are a bunch of songs that were title songs from movies.
The list is long. But all great music.
I wish that the kids today could enjoy the music of my youth. Some of them do. I know some kids that love the music of the 60's and 70's. That was the golden age of music.
Todays music you hear how they want to f^(k this girl or that one. How they want to kill this guy or that guy. Not saying that there were not songs like that in the 60's and 70's because there were. But first most were not main stream and secondlythey were not very good. Just like todays music not very good.
Punk rock, some folks screaming into a mic. and call it music. RAP somebody can make a rhyme and look like some hood on the street ready to steal you blind and call it music. Not saying RAP is bad. There is some RAP I like (BUT very little.) Country is the same story over and over again somebody loses a dog, or girl or gun. Winds up in jail or paints the watertower green.
Classic country was sometimes just as bad. Then there are the Beach Boys and the Beatles corner stones of the 60's. Late 50's and early 60's had more vocal groups where everyone sang. While today it's a lead singer who sings almost all the songs.
There was much more joy of the music in the 60's and 70's than there is today. Music today just wants how much money they can get not if the song is any good.
I hope you take some time and look up the songs from the Time/Life "Pop memories of the 60's"

Now hear I have talked about the music lets talk about he movies. Yes I love Action and Adventure Movies. But movies that told a story had great characters in the story and portrayed by great actors.
I see plenty of remakes of old movies. There are some that are good and some not so good.
But let's take "The Italian Job" The Orginal was great but the remake was great too. Also "Oceans 11". "The Thomas Crown Affair" was a good remake but I feel the orginal was better. There are a bunch of old movies (Classics) that I wish would come out again and not as remakes. If you want to make a remake you should put the orginal on the DVD set too. This way the viewer can see what it was like 20, 30, 40 years ago, and what the remake did. Besides watching the old movies you see what the fashion was back then. The clothes, cars, locations. You have to remember most of those items in the movies are gone today. They are only remembered on the film. If you don't or can't watch them you will never know.
So I hope you take time to watch some of the old Classic movies. (Black and White) Watch how they did special effects. Compaired to today they were awful. But you will see and feel what the director wanted you to feel and see. Now not to say some of the claasics were bad and I mean bad. Some were slow. But some of the actors of that day are just like today. Can't really act. Same face and actions in every movie. That happened back then too.
I think if you review Classics and watch them you will get a feel of what America is all about.

DC Comics
I was in the book store today and guess what?
They have put Obama books on the discount shelves.
Reduced price for a quick sale.
They don't want to be caught with fire starting material.
For those of you who are DC Comics fans. - Sorry to say they have backed Obama. Spiderman gave up the cover of his comic for Obama.
Well, I guess DC will feel the pinch from me, not buying any of their comics. Not that my money will affect their bottom line. The best way to affect a business, don't buy any of their products. So if I don't buy and those who feel the way I do, don't buy. Then it hurts. Don't purchase any DC Comic product. That would be a comic, Movie, or any other merchandise with a DC character on it.
This will tell DC Comics we do not like Obama and his socialized agenda. It is anti freedom and anti American. Just the oppsite of the super hero in the Comics.

Slice of life
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who blogs. Let's us in the country get a feel how other people in the country are doing. Just a slice, enough slices build a picture. We all know a picture is worth a thousand words.
So how is the health of America?
Overall - on life support. Critical condition.
Losing jobs month after month. The Democrats are happy. We are glad we only lost 36,000 jobs last month. Great news. Let's make them one of the thousands losing their jobs and see how glad they will be?
We have a President and Congress who want to control Health Care and take over your freedoms. Obama, says we the American people will be in control of Health Care. The wake up call is we Americans will be forced to buy government insurance and if we don't we will be fined for not buying government insurance. If we get sick we go in front of a panel. If we are too sick we will be sent home to die. It will be cost effective for us to die. The Health Care a.k.a. ObamaCare will utterly destroy our health care system in America and destroy the level of care we get and bankrupt the country. The government can't run anything. Look at Social Security, Medicare and how about the Post Office.
Fix those before you go after Health Care. Prove to us you can fix it and we will consider your health care reform not a takeover.
Have you noticed that the Nobel Peace prize award has gone to a couple of real losers. A. Gore and B. Obama. For what? Just what did they see in Ole Al Gore and what did Obama do to win the prize except for his vision of a Nazi America. You listen to Obama's speech before he was elected. He wants his own army as big as the military. (In Nazi Germany it was call the SS).
He wants the government to run everything. He wants the government to pay all the people. You give the government you pay check and they will pay you much less because the rest of the money has to go to the folks who won't work. We already have Government housing for people who can't afford to live anywhere else. With that they collect food stamps and welfare. So they have a house to live in, food money and spending cash on a monthly basis. Why in the hell would they want to work. Everything is paid for. It might not be much but at least they did not have to work for it. Free
It is now wake up time for America.

This administration is now bribing Congressmen by offering Judgeship to his brother.
Having that Congressman at the White House and twisting his arm to vote for Obama Care they dangle a carrot in front of hm by offering his brother a Judgeship.

Civil War?
If you look at Obama's Stimulus package. Temp work. He wants to increase taxes to pay for these temp workers. Instead of reducing taxes and letting the free market create jobs, Obama thinks taxes will replace the free market. The only thing it will replace is the government as we know it.
Revolution -
1. an overthrow or repudiation and the thorough replacement of an established government or political system by the people governed.
2. Sociology. a radical and pervasive change in society and the social structure, esp. one made suddenly and often accompanied by violence. Compare social evolution.
Civil War -
a war between political factions or regions within the same country.
Both could apply here. Our Government its just like England back in the 1700's Taxation without representation. These corrupt people in office do not represent us. We are 60% screaming 'NO' to this foul health care takeover and they want to pass it with just 51% majority. Unconstitutional in every respect.

Nanny State
I am so pissed at Congress, and News. They are racking Sen. Bunning over the coals for asking Congress to follow what they pass. Pogo. Pass only what you can pay for. And the first thing they try to pass is welfare that is unfunded. That is what this bogus unemployment package is. Welfare.
We need to fire these crooks no we need to throw them out. With no chance of ever holding a job higher than a meter maid. Strip them of their golden parachute retirement and health care they refuse to accept but insist is good enough for the American people.
Starting with Obama and all the left leaning politicans in America. They have proven that they hate Americans and America. As long as they get to pad their pockets with our tax dollars.
The only option will be civil war. It will happen. There are too many freedom loving Americans in this country.
