It turns out that Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan is in favor of late term (9 month) abortions and support for affirmative action (by giving the job to a black person who is unqualified over a qualified white person) as good law and good politics.

It is the truth that if she does become a seated member of the court mine and your rights will be gone forever, or until civil war, whichever the American people want to show history.

The Tax cheats in Washington DC who are now in power have passed this Health Care bill that adds 16500 new IRS Agents to go after you and your taxes. They exempted themselves!

They are fearing backlashes from the American people for the passage of this bill that is unconstitutional but they don't care. They are wanting the American people to stop the violence and the threats to the Officials.

All these in Washington now are known Radicals and Terrorists of the 60's. They fear we will be the Officials in the near future and repeal these bills or worse yet cancel their exemptions.

We the American people have to go out and educate the brainwashed, the lazy and the uninformed. Get them to vote and STOP the corruption.

Lies of the Progressives

The Democrat party wants to be known as Progressives. Lets talk about progressives.

What is a progressive?

Dictionary.com defines progressive as: a person who is progressive or who favors progress or reform, esp. in political matters.

Let's look at what the progressives want?

They want to take over health care. We want reform, they want takeover, we want to keep our freedoms and rights. They want to have a country without a Constitution.

If this health care takeover passes. You will become a SLAVE to the Government.

You will lose your freedoms. First will be the right to see a doctor, the right to have an elective surgery. Forced to buy government insurance.

These progressives are vilifying the insurance companies but will be worse than all insurance companies combined. They will force you to buy insurance, they will push price increases on you. then tell you what procedures you can have and lastly tell you, you are too expensive to cover and you have to die. Here is a pill.

All the progressives say this is a lie. But you look at all the policies the progressives have pushed upon the American people. It is a systematic destruction of America. The Destruction of the Constitution and the removal of your rights and freedoms and lastly the destruction of the States. You know that all the policies and laws that the Federal Government force upon us and the states require that the states continue to fund these laws and policies.

The Congress says we will save 138 Billion dollars in 10 years. While they spend 210 Billion every 3 months. So our savings will be so small you would have a hard time seeing them under an electron microscope.

So do you want to be a Slave to the Government or do you want to be able to go where you want to go, do what you want to do. Hey that sounds like words from a song.

Mark my words. First Health Care, next allowing illegals citizenship and then lastly the destruction of the Constitution. No more freedom of speech, no assembly of people, no right to bear arms, The States will be abolished then a Dictator will take over the country with an iron hand just like Hitler.

If Obama care passes, the states are going to protest it and the American people are going to protest it. Law suites are going to come out of the wood work. Obama is just waiting for a chance to order a state of emergency. This may be his chance. Kill the Internet, Interstate and attack the American people.

Time to Clean House

I am in favor of cleaning house in Washington DC.

The Constitution states that the bill has to pass the House and Senate then problems worked out and passed again in the House and Senate then sent to the President to sign into law. They are ignoring this process. It is like we now live in a dictatorship. What ever the Dictator wants he gets. Puppet government. We have the right to remove them from office.

If you live in a state that is crumbling like California, Throw out the bleeding heart liberals that have systematically destroyed the State and are working on the Country.

It is not hard to see the problems Americans are having.

We have a government that is forcing Americans on welfare.

They have curbed the citizens from creating jobs.

Then pass a bill to give the unemployed almost 2 years of benefits.

They will not allow businesses to drill for oil keeping us dependent on foreign oil.

This is Obama that is keeping us dependent on foreign oil.
He calls the oil companies criminals but he is the real criminal. His policies are the framework for the systematic destruction of America. He is following the steps the liberals have used in State policies that have destroyed those states. Such as California.

Massachusetts has state run health care and it is a failure. Oregon's state run health care is a failure. This is the same framework for Obama care. Guess what will happen? It will also fail and then where will we be?

If we stop it now we can recover and if we continue we will implode into a civil war of the citizens against the government. Hopefully we will still have our guns to take back our country.

I don't think the Military will fight on the side of the Government. They took the oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Not the Presidents will to take over the country into a dictatorship. The police I think will also land on the side of the people except in the intercity. You can see that in the Pennsylvania fair tax marches where the police attacked the marchers because they could.

Obama wants his own personal Army just as strong as the Real Army and now you can see why. He wants his own SS units just like Hitler had.

He has already toiled with squealing on your neighbor/coworker who are against him and his policies. That back fired. His name was on the top of the list.

As Americans we have to stand up for our freedoms and rights. This Government is anti American and they show it everyday. You can see it in the way they are forcing laws upon the American people. Without reading bills and now they want to pass health care without voting.

They would like the Constitution to disappear. It is hard to get around the Constitution so now they make up clauses that allows them to pass bills without voting on them.

They have proven they can destroy State governments and now are working on the Federal Government and they are daring you to stop them.

Obama has proven to be a Wolf in sheep clothing. He lies to the American people daily trying to pass this country destroying health care takeover. If he truly wanted reform he would listen to the Republicans instead of stating lie after lie. He said that the Republicans had 10 years - but that was only the President. Congress was Democrat and a corrupt Democrat at that. Look at all the corruption going on in the Democratic party and members of Congress and the Leadership turns a blind eye to it. That is a disgrace to America and the American people. If we went up there tomorrow and threw them from office for lying to the American People, ignoring the American People, and stuffing their wallets with tax payer money and lying about it. They would call the police to hold on to their office. They are as corrupt as the grains of sand in the hourglass. Yes Elections have consequences and we can be as nasty as the Democrats were towards Bush. They don't like it. They label you a domestic terrorists if you voice opposition to the Socialist agenda they are forcing down the throats of all freedom loving Americans. I believe this would be know in another time as Treason.

Soda Tax

Everyone is talking about the 2 to 4 cent tax an oz. New York Gov. wanted the tax to raise millions. It fell out of favor now Obama wants to add it to Health Care.

So if you figure it out. At 2 cent an oz. That is 24 cents a can. That comes out at $1,44 a 6 pack, $2.88 for a 12 pack and $5.76 for a case. And if it is at 4 cents an ounce just double the numbers.

But that is not where I am going. I am going to companies like Coke and Pepsi. With a tax of $5.76 to $11.52 of tax per case. If you want to destroy a world company this will be a way to do it. The sales of soda in America will dry up and most likely the world will follow and the company will go under.

Why? Greed of a corrupt government. I like Dr. Pepper. My Mom does not. She thinks it tastes like medicine. But I think if you have stock in these companies the only thing you can do with it is sale it if this tax is passed or wind up using it as toilet paper cause that is all it will be worth after the government gets done with the taxes they want.

So the final word on this is how do you destroy a multi Billion dollar company? Tax it to the point it won't sell. The Government forgets that we don't have to buy the soda, and the taxes will not be collected. But they do manage to destroy a private company that has gone global.

San Francisco now has a surcharge on restaurants for Health Care. So you now eat out in San Francisco you pay extra to pay for Health Care. They did not say how much it was.

Slice of life

We have a President and Congress who want to control Health Care and take over your freedoms. Obama, says we the American people will be in control of Health Care. The wake up call is we Americans will be forced to buy government insurance and if we don't we will be fined for not buying government insurance. If we get sick we go in front of a panel. If we are too sick we will be sent home to die. It will be cost effective for us to die. The Health Care a.k.a. ObamaCare will utterly destroy our health care system in America and destroy the level of care we get and bankrupt the country. The government can't run anything. Look at Social Security, Medicare and how about the Post Office.

Fix those before you go after Health Care. Prove to us you can fix it and we will consider your health care reform not a takeover.

Have you noticed that the Nobel Peace prize award has gone to a couple of real losers. A. Gore and B. Obama. For what? Just what did they see in Ole Al Gore and what did Obama do to win the prize except for his vision of a Nazi America. You listen to Obama's speech before he was elected. He wants his own army as big as the military. (In Nazi Germany it was call the SS).
He wants the government to run everything. He wants the government to pay all the people. You give the government you pay check and they will pay you much less because the rest of the money has to go to the folks who won't work. We already have Government housing for people who can't afford to live anywhere else. With that they collect food stamps and welfare. So they have a house to live in, food money and spending cash on a monthly basis. Why in the hell would they want to work. Everything is paid for. It might not be much but at least they did not have to work for it. Free

This administration is now bribing Congressmen by offering Judgeship to his brother.

Civil War?

If you look at Obama's Stimulus package. Temp work. He wants to increase taxes to pay for these temp workers. Instead of reducing taxes and letting the free market create jobs, Obama thinks taxes will replace the free market. The only thing it will replace is the government as we know it.

Worthy of a Civil War - You bet. Throw these bums out and strip them of their golden parachute health care and retirement. They are so corrupt and need to be Steamed Cleaned out of office.

I am so pissed at Congress, and News. They are racking Sen. Bunning over the coals for asking Congress to follow what they pass. Pogo. Pass only what you can pay for. And the first thing they try to pass is welfare that is unfunded. That is what this bogus unemployment package is. Welfare.
