Obama says "NO" to Congress.
He will refuse to talk about the debt with the Congress but he will go on TV and say he has been on top of everything since becoming President.
As he works up his next golf trip and next vacation at tax payers expense.
What is this his 74 golf outing and his 23 vacation since claiming the WH????
When will America WAKE UP to the Corruption?????
